Inn Facilities

A full breakfast is served from 8:00 am-9:30 am every morning. Hot and cold beverages are available twenty-four hours a day. Fresh fruit is abundant with plenty of freshly baked goods. Organic products are served whenever possible. Organic coffees and teas provided.

Two sitting rooms and a small conference room complete the spacious design of this historic house.
Two lovely porches, an outside patio and an upstairs deck provide relaxing views of a large, tranquil, clean pond, dense forests and a small farm estate.

Policies at le Petit Chateau Inn

When you make your reservation with Le Petit Chateau Inn, we guarantee that you will have a room when you arrive. Our reservation policy requires either a Major Credit Card and/or a check to hold your reservation.

We Require a Five Day Cancellation notice. Please Contact us by phone to receive your cancellation number. We can not accept emails. We can not under any circumstances refund the room charges after the five-day cancellation period has begun. We also can not refund for early departures. There will be a $25 - $100 cancellation fee.

Private Chef Events Require a Two Week Cancellation Notice. Please Contact us by phone to receive your cancellation number. We can not accept emails. We can not under any circumstances refund the room charges after the two-week cancellation period has begun. We also can not refund for early departures. There will be a $25 - $100 cancellation fee.

If you are travelling during inclement weather or have booked several days at Le Petit Chateau, please consider purchsing TRIP INSURANCE for your protection.
We cannot refund your stay due to Force Majeure.

WE REQUIRE A TWO NIGHT MINIMUM RESERVATION ON MAJOR HOLIDAYS ONLY.

You may check in anytime after 11:00 am. Please call us before you check in so that someone will be there to greet you. Merci beaucoup.

*NOTE: Culinary Institute of America Boot Camp attendees must cancel or change their reservation two weeks before their arrival date for a full refund. We will charge the full amount due after that time. The cancellation must be received by email or a phone call.

Boot Camp Attendees and Late Check-out:
Our Check-out is at noon. We can keep your luggage in our kitchen (at no cost) until that time as we know you will be in class until mid-afternoon.
If you require the use of your room after 12:00, we will charge an additional $100
You may have access to your room until 3:00 for that additional charge.
After 3:00 we will charge the full room rate, plus applicable taxes.
Please establish with the Inn Keeper in advance if you require a late-check out. Thank You.
