Pizza Dough

Pizza Dough

1 lb. Flour

1 package Yeast

2 Cups Water (warm)

1 Tblspn. Salt

  1. Dissolve yeast in ΒΌ c of the water.
  2. Mix the flour and salt, add yeast, and rest of the water.
  3. Mix in Kitchen Aid with the bread hook until all the ingredients come together.
  4. The dough should be slightly sticky, adjust texture with the addition of more flour or water.
