Pizza Dough
1 lb. Flour
1 package Yeast
2 Cups Water (warm)
1 Tblspn. Salt
- Dissolve yeast in ΒΌ c of the water.
- Mix the flour and salt, add yeast, and rest of the water.
- Mix in Kitchen Aid with the bread hook until all the ingredients come together.
- The dough should be slightly sticky, adjust texture with the addition of more flour or water.
